Tree Tots Play Cafe Refund Policy:

 

 

 

At Tree Tots Play Cafe, we understand that plans can change. However, to ensure a smooth experience for all of our guests, the following refund policy applies:

1. Cancellation Notice:

To receive a full refund, cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled session start time.

2. Late Cancellations:

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the booked session will not be eligible for a refund.

3. Rescheduling Option:

If you are unable to attend your session and provide at least 24 hours’ notice, we are happy to offer the option to reschedule your session for a future date, subject to availability. 

4. No-Show Policy:

Failure to attend a booked session without prior notice will result in the full session fee being charged, with no refund or rescheduling option available.

5. Special Circumstances:

In the event of illness or an emergency, please contact us as soon as possible. Refunds or rescheduling requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Tree Tots Play Cafe – Party Booking Terms & Conditions:

 

1. Deposit:
   A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your party booking. Your date and time are not confirmed until the deposit has been received.

2. Cancellation:
   All party deposits are non-refundable. If you need to cancel your party, please notify us as soon as possible.

3. Rescheduling:
   If at least 14 days’ notice is provided, your deposit can be transferred to a new date, subject to availability.
   If less than 14 days notice is given, the deposit will be lost and a new deposit will be required to secure a new booking.

4. Final Numbers and Balance:
   Final guest numbers and any remaining balance must be confirmed and paid no later than 7 days before the party date.

5. No-Show or Late Cancellation:
   If a party is cancelled within 7 days of the event or you fail to attend, the full booking fee may still be payable.

6. Special Circumstances:
   We understand that unexpected situations can occur. Any requests for changes due to illness or emergencies will be considered at our discretion.
