By entering and using the facilities at Tree Tots Play Café, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:

All children must be supervised by a parent or guardian at all times. Tree Tots Play Café is not responsible for the supervision or care of children during their visit.

2. Play at Your Own Risk:

The play equipment and facilities are designed for children’s enjoyment. However, participation in any activity is at your own risk. Tree Tots Play Café is not liable for any injuries, accidents, or damages that may occur on the premises.

3. Health and Safety:

Children who are unwell or showing symptoms of illness are not permitted to use the play area for the safety of other guests. We reserve the right to refuse entry to any individual who poses a health risk to others.

4. Allergy Awareness:

While we make every effort to accommodate dietary needs, Tree Tots Play Café cannot guarantee that food and beverages are free from allergens, including but not limited to nuts, gluten, and dairy. Parents and guardians are responsible for managing any dietary restrictions.

5. Personal Belongings:

Tree Tots Play Café is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal items. Please keep your belongings secure at all times.

6. Behavior Expectations:

We aim to provide a safe and friendly environment for all guests. Disruptive, aggressive, or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated, and we reserve the right to ask any guest to leave the premises without a refund.

7. Liability Waiver:

By entering the premises, you release Tree Tots Play Café, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any liability for personal injury, property damage, or other claims that may arise from participation in activities or use of the facility.

8. Photo and Video Consent:

Tree Tots Play Café may take photos or videos for promotional purposes. If you do not wish to be photographed or recorded, please notify a staff member upon arrival.

9. Facility Rules and Guidelines:
